James Morrison
James has considerable experience in a variety of practice areas ranging from private client work including house purchase and house sale, re-mortgage, Wills, Trusts and Executries through to Commercial transactions. He heads up the Private Client and Executry Department within the firm and is involved with all aspects of Adults with Incapacity such as Powers of Attorney. James also deals with compliance issues for financial services with the firm. He has been a consultant of the firm since July 2022 and had been a partner from 1983 to 2022.
